No, but I understand how to be one.
What do you do if some one is RDMing?
Warning then kick if repeated offence.
What do you do if some one was on their OTA with out being woken up?
Tell them to flag down.
What would you do if 2 players where fighting over rolls about getting punched in the face and how would you settle it?
Pull them apart and ask them what happened, then if it was mingery then kick/ban the minger.
What do you do if another admin was abusing his power (Example: Spawning in guns and all that)?
Report him to the owner and file a complaint on the forums.

To help and watch a community grow.
