I've been noticing recently that we have been accepting several people as operator's lately. While I have no doubt that these players will make an excellent addition to our administration roster; I believe we should slow down a little bit.
What I'm basically saying is that we do not yet have the player base to match our administration team. In other words, we have a lot of admins and not a lot of players. I am creating this poll to see if other admins feel the same way I do.
I will ask that only operators and above answer this poll otherwise your vote will not count. However, users, feel free to reply to this topic letting us know what you think.
