Where you ever admin on another server?: Yes, I was previously a super admin on a small server by the name "Gandhi Gaming".
What do you do if some one is RDMing? I would pull them aside (Location depends on the map) and find the source of the issue, if they are new I'd direct them to a role play guide and try to teach them as much as I can while performing my duties as an [rank]
What do you do if someone was on there OTA without being woken up? I would find out why, afterwards I'd ask them to flag down
What would you do if 2 players were fighting over rolls about getting punched in the face and how would you settle it. I'd teleport to the players and ask them what happened, I would letter cross examine with the console, explain how rolling works (and they could p2l if they both agreed to) and then keep an eye on them to prevent any further issues.
What do you do if another admin was abusing his power (Example: Spawning in guns and all that)?: This would depend on the subgroup I'd be in, if I was in the super admin subgroup I'd demote them to user and alert any of my seniors. Then I'd try my best to settle the issue.
Why do you want to become staff on our server? I enjoy watching and helping communities grow, seeing as over time HL2:RP has become rather desolate compared to new gamemodes
Why should we choose your app from others who submitted them? I'm an experienced and mature person, I've studied many commands and can invision problems/solutions before they occur/ are needed.
Why do you think you have what it takes to be a admin on our server? As I said, I'm experience, have an extensive knowledge of the commands, calm, and mature
